"No! No help!" Ginny exclaimed, shaking her head frantically.
She wasn't sure how she was going to do it, but she had to convince these two not to get anybody - to not so much as breath a word about this to anyone outside of the three of them. It could be dangerous - not just for her, but them as well. They didn't understand the risks involved with this. Hell, she hardly understood them herself and she had been dealing with this for a long time.
"Nobody else ever finds out about this. Promise me," she whispered, staring at them with the fear of what could happen burning in her eyes. "PROMISE ME!"

Fred stared at Ginny and Cho. He looked completely panicked but he was trying not to show it too much. As he saw the fear in Ginny's eyes he simply nodded, "Okay Ginny, okay, we won't get anybody but I don't know how to bloody help you!" he didn't mean to almost snap but he was panicked. "I just want you to be okay," he said to her.
He looked over at Cho and shrugged worried. He just didn't know how to help at all and he hated this feeling. He knew that his family would find out what was going on eventually if they even saw Ginny. He knew his Mum and Dad would flip out. His Mum would especially.
Fred started to pace a little, "Alright, so how CAN we help you?" he asked Ginny unable to come up with anything else to say.

Dumbfounded Cho just stood frozen mouth gaping while Fred had agreed to keep it between the three of them. She absolutely knew that it was a bad idea and they needed to find real help but the look in Ginny's eyes turned her resolution for outside help. She wasn't sure if outing Ginny's issues would actually help the girl. It seemed to scare her more than the whole not being in control of what was happening in her head.
"I....don't...know." was all Cho could say.
Maybe she and Fred could help Ginny then again maybe not and she didn't believe Ginny knew what to do to help herself. If she did it would have already been done. Cho herself didn't really know much about the people she was most likely going to be tied to for maybe the rest of their lives if she committed to this. What choice did she have really have? It should be simple tell an adult not try to fix this with Fred. On the other hand she did enjoy a good mental puzzle but was it really worth it since a life could be at risk.
If they decide to keep this to themselves what are their options? Ginny at the moment needed to find a way to rest and they needed to do research. They could use a sleeping spell but then they may trap her in a nightmare she can't get out of for a few hours. That would be no good. There was a spell she had read about that spoke of unconscious dreamless sleep but she couldn't remember. Amissio is the lack of something.[/] She remembered but what was the other part or parts. Somnia was dreams and Inconscium is unconscious but you couldn't just go around throwing out latin words and hope they'd work. She was positive she had the book in her room.
She and Fred had to do research on whatever had happened. It sounded like she had been possessed but from what she could recall a book. That kind of magic seemed very worrisome to try and figure out. Maybe they could research post traumatic something. Just what...they needed the library and possibly the restricted section. If this is what they were going to commit to. She knew Madam Pomfrey was amazing and knew how to fix everything that has come her way so far.
She just stood there, mouth not gaping, mind going a mile a minute. It had only just been a few moments as she thought of some of their options.

"Okay Ginny, okay, we won't get anybody but I don't know how to bloody help you!"
Ginny stood there, mouth agape at her brother's response. She couldn't recall a time that Fred had ever snapped at her for any reason. She felt her entire body stiffen in tension, the acute hurt radiating through her as she stiffened her spine. "Believe me, Fred, this is a cake walk compared to last year when nobody noticed a bloody thing. I would have rotted in that chamber with no one any the wiser if it weren't for Harry's nosy I have to save the entire bloody world complex!"
She knew it was a low blow, but the words had just tumbled from her lips and she couldn't take them back now. She pinched the bridge of her nose as she heard Fred mutter about how he just wanted to help her and Cho stutter out a non-commital 'I don't know'.
Anger. Anger is what she needed right now. Breaking under the pressure of...whatever this was...wasn't going to help anybody.
"Look," she finally sighed, "I've been dealing with this for a long time. Vold...Tom used me for his own gain, yes. He made me do his bidding - I came this close to murdering for him. And then it all went down hill and everybody knows. Let me stick to the shadows - you two stick with me if you must - and I...we...can figure this out. But I've stayed invisible all this time for a reason. Honestly, Fred, before now, when is the last time you remember actually seeing or speaking to me? I have to stay hidden. Because if I have to face the whispers and everyone looking at me like you two are now, and worse, it will kill me because I cannot handle this and that right now."
She was going to leave it at that. No sense in threatening to obliviate them or any of the number of other things that Tom had taught her or that she had taken from his thoughts - things that she didn't want to bring up right now, if ever. If anyone knew the knowledge that she possessed now, especially at such a young age, the looks that she feared now would be just that much worse. Setting her jaw, she gave them a look that would make Molly Weasley think twice. "So what's it going to be?"

Fred nodded, he looked between her and Cho. "You're right," he said. He calmed himself down a bit. "You're right," he repeated again. "Maybe I haven't been the best brother lately." he admitted. "With everything going on, you know how it is...." he said.
He didn't like the idea of not getting help or telling his parents, but he would do it for Ginny if thats what she had really wanted. He didn't like seeing his sister in pain though. She was supposed to be having fun at Hogwarts like everyone else. Not dealing with dark lords or spells this way.
Fred nodded, "I'm in," he said.
What choice did he have really? He didn't want Ginny going ballistic on him if they had told anyone. He knew that she wouldn't like that at all. He also wasn't sure that Ginny would ever trust him again if he had told anyone. "We'll figure this out together," he said.
He glanced at Cho for a minute wondering what her thoughts were. He knew she probably didn't agree with this. "Cho? You alright?" he asked.

Cho jumped at Ginny's outburst it seemed it was very important to Ginny that this stayed a secret between the three of them.
"Umm...I don't know if this is a good idea but I'm in too." She got out slowly.
After taking a moment to bring herself fully to the conversation they were having and not her rambling thoughts of how to fix this she asked. "What do we need to do? I think first we need to figure out a way for you to get some rest, Ginny. I was trying to remember a spell I had learned about dreamless sleep basically rendering the one intended for the spell unconscious. I can look it up and we can try it if you want."
She was now beside the two on the ground waiting to see what their response to her idea was.
